Use of AI

We process your (health) data in order to carry out the medical treatment you request at Goodweigh. In doing so, we use artificial intelligence (AI) to support our processes. The doctor always makes the medical decisions themselves; the AI does not make a diagnosis or provide treatment advice. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the treatment agreement and, for health data, the exception for medical treatment under medical confidentiality. For the use of AI, we utilise Mistral, a data processor that processes your data within the European Union, does not store it and does not use it to train AI models. Where possible, we remove identifying details (such as your name) before the data is processed by the AI.

Goodweigh takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
