Goodweigh experiences: Over 1,000 customers responded to our survey about their experiences with Goodweigh. The average rating was 8.3/10. Nearly 9 out of 10 customers say they would recommend us to friends or family. Not a bad result, but what do these numbers actually tell us?

And where can we still improve? In this blog, we share the honest results of our customer satisfaction survey: what is going well, where there is room for improvement, and how we plan to act on these findings.

How do we measure Goodweigh experiences?

In June 2026, Goodweigh customers received a 15-question survey. The questions covered satisfaction with various aspects of the service on a scale of 1–5, how customers found Goodweigh, why they chose us, and what changes they would like to see. A total of over 1,000 customers participated in the survey.

The open-ended questions were answered remarkably well: we received 883 substantive responses regarding guidance and 720 regarding the personal portal. This volume of responses is a strong metric for assessing the quality of our service.

The results: what is working well

All six service areas received an average score of over 4.1 on a five-point scale. The highest-rated area is order status updates, which had an average of 4.52, with 89% of customers giving it a rating of 4 or 5. This ensures customers know exactly where their medication delivery stands, providing peace of mind in a process where many people are already feeling uncertain.

Section Average % of marks 4 or 5
Order status details4.5289 %
Medical chat4.4088%
Customer service / communications4.3386 %
Delivery speed4.2781%
Support during treatment4.2382%
Personal portal4.1978 %

The medical chat service and customer support also received high ratings of 4.40 and 4.33. One customer described starting the service as follows: "Easy to get started. I was able to try the service and then stop it." This combination of ease of use and personal contact is mentioned in many responses as a reason for staying with the service.

How likely are customers to recommend us?

When asked how likely they would be to recommend Goodweigh to a friend or family member on a scale of 0–10, customers gave an average rating of 8. Only 10% gave a rating of 6 or lower, while half gave a rating of 9 or 10. This suggests that the vast majority of customers would actively recommend us to those close to them.

What could be improved: an honest look at areas for growth

The lowest ratings were for the personal portal (4.19), guidance provided during treatment (4.23), and delivery speed (4.27). In the open-ended responses, which were plentiful, three requests appeared most frequently. Nearly one in five comments about the portal (19%) concerned a desire for a mobile app: "Why don't you make an app for it? It would be easier," one customer wrote.

Additionally, 15% of comments about the service concerned a desire for more human contact and more personalized guidance, less reliance on chatbots, and more opportunities to call. Finally, 12% mentioned a desire for faster responses from the medical team and clearer communication without repetitive emails.

What are we doing with this feedback?

We are taking this feedback seriously and are developing these areas step by step. Regarding the personal portal, we are exploring how to make the user experience more accessible and intuitive, including the request for a mobile app. Regarding guidance, we are looking for ways to make communication more personal and less dependent on automated responses.

As for communication, we are working to shorten response times from our medical team so that customers receive answers more quickly and clearly. We won't make promises we can't keep, but we will share concrete progress as soon as it is achieved.

How do customers find us?

Google is by far the largest channel through which customers find us, with 426 mentions. This is followed by Instagram with 265 mentions and word-of-mouth through friends and family with 156 mentions. Customers who came to our services through a doctor or other healthcare professional are, on average, the most satisfied. This is no coincidence: a customer who comes to us through a professional has often considered their choice more carefully and starts with realistic expectations.

A client who found us through social media put it this way: "I've heard good stories on Instagram, and I've already tried so many things that this is truly my last attempt – and it actually works. I'm so happy."

Frequently Asked Questions

How reliable is a customer satisfaction survey with nearly 1,000 respondents?

A sample size of 997 customers is large enough to provide a reliable picture of the user experience with the Goodweigh service. The higher the number of respondents, the lower the probability that random outliers will skew the average.

What exactly does a rating of 8.3 mean?

The rating of 8.3 is the average of all individual customer reviews regarding their experience with Goodweigh, from the initial contact to the final guidance. While it provides a general overview, the scores for each specific area highlight where we are strong and where there is room for improvement.

Why does the personal portal receive a lower rating than other sections?

Customers specifically cite the desire for a mobile app and a clearer interface as reasons for lower ratings. We are taking this feedback into account in the ongoing development of the portal.

Can I participate in future studies as a customer?

Yes, active Goodweigh customers regularly receive invitations to participate in these surveys. Would you like to learn more about who we are and how we handle customer feedback? Get to know our company.

Will anything change in the guidance as a result of this study?

We are committed to increasing personal contact and shortening response times from our medical team. We will announce concrete changes as soon as they have been implemented through coaching and guidance.
